IN-COUNTRY CONSULTATION SERVICES
ITO can facilitate in-country consulting services utilizing NIU faculty and staff resources. Previous consultancies have included conducting training needs assessments, educational policy analysis and planning, management and evaluation of training programs in Indonesia, Kuwait, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Ghana, Nepal, Kenya, Sri Lanka, Nigeria, and Gambia.
IN-COUNTRY TRAINING SERVICES
Due to its unique ability to draw upon the expertise of its faculty resource base, ITO has the means to design and implement on-site programs anywhere in the world. ITO's expertise is in human and institutional capacity-building through in-country training programs. ITO's philosophy mandates institutional development through systematic needs assessments, responsive programs, and follow-up strategies that result in long-term change.
