Congratulations to our colleague emeritus J. Patrick White, who was recently honored by the NIU Foundation as one of two NIU Benefactors of the Year at a gala dinner at Naperville. George and Elaine Spencer attended the dinner as Pat's guests and reported that it was a festive and impressive evening. The department wishes to express its extreme gratitude to Patrick for his support over the years.
