Can the Cyborg Sing the Blues? 
If the extension is one of the nervous system and if the cyborg is a colder template of the original songwriter, then can the end result performance carry the same level of emotion and passion as the original intended? The increasing distance from the inner self is a growing distance from passion, the inner feelings. Music may be created but they are void of the emotional attachment and influence that separates meaningful expressions of art from elevator musak. The thievery of another's cultural expression dilutes the original intent. The technical competency does not ensure the same level of emotional competency in the performance. Therefore, the question is really whether the cyborg can truly emote the essence and tonality of the music.
