INTERESTS: My area of interest concerning the cyborg lies with identity. At first, I thought maybe the cyborg could be a good thing. After all, it blurs boundaries indicating that there is no race, gender, etc. In cyberspace, you can become who or whatever you want. You do not have to be the (real÷ you. However, what happens to our (real÷multicultural society? Will it no longer exist? If we are all cyborgs, are there times when we are not?
