A panel of professional composed of film and video producers and scholars will view the entries during the festival prescreening.

Selected entries will be screened Friday, April 1, 2005 beginning at 1:00 PM. Winners will be announced at 4:00 PM.

Audience members will vote on the "Audience Favorite" for this years participants.

Entries will be judged on:

Content: Thematic relevance and importance of subject matter

Style: Artistic and technical proficiency

Adherence to contest rules
